Where is the best place to go shelling?
Sanibel is known as the best place in the western hemisphere
for shelling. Unique shells can be found all along the waterline
of Sanibel's beaches. You can also take a special shelling
trip with one of the local guides found at the Castaways
Marina, our sister resort located near Blind Pass bridge.
A popular attraction on the island is the Bailey-Matthews
Shell Museum, which houses the largest shell collection
in the world.
